We at ECAB remain committed to the well-being of our customers. We understand your anxiety over the potential loss of income due to COVID-19, and as such, will be providing support to cushion the economic impact through our ECAB Loan Relief Plan.
The ECAB Loan Relief Plan will allow a moratorium of up to six months on personal loan facilities. Customers with vehicle, land, mortgage or student loans are eligible to register into the ECAB Loan Relief Plan. In addition to a delay in loan payments, waivers of late fees and other charges will also be granted under the Relief Plan.
While interest will continue to accrue during the moratorium period, we will arrange with you for this accrued interest and deferred principal to be incorporated into your loan prior to the maturity of the loan.
Customers must indicate if they wish to opt-in or opt-out of the ECAB Loan Relief Plan by emailing the completed OPT-IN/OPT-OUT form to email@example.com or by calling us at any of the listed numbers no later than April 15, 2020. The editable form can be found by clicking here.
