The bank has launched a new initiative for customer grievance redressal. Accordingly, customers can submit their complaint or suggestion by telephone, email or in writing by sending a written compliant or completing our Customer Complaint Form and sending it to the Customer Support & Digital Banking Deparment if they are not satisfied with any of our services or have any suggestions to improve our services.
