We are committed to providing a high standard of service to you and to all our customers. Occasionally we may not live up to our promises. If this happens, we want to hear from you by letting us know when you are unhappy with our products or services. Your experience gives us the opportunity to put matters right for you and to improve our products and services. 

A Customer Services Center is operational at our Head Office, for the benefit of the customers.  The contact number is 268-480-6187.

The center provides telephonic responses to queries regarding rates of interest, information regarding branches, particulars of various deposit and loans etc. Enquiries are also received and responded through e-mail at info@ecabank.com.

The bank has launched a new initiative for customer grievance redressal. Accordingly, customers can submit their complaint or suggestion by telephone, email or in writing by sending a written compliant or completing our Customer Complaint Form and sending it to the Client Services Center if they are not satisfied with any of our services or have any suggestions to improve our services. The Client Services Center, thereafter, takes up the matter, with the concerned branch for expeditious resolution of the complaint. All grievance calls are logged and kept open until fully resolved. All pending matters are monitored by Management.
